Edit a change request

If you are an administrator or the owner of a change request you can edit the details, such as the owner, author, originator, reminder and escalation settings and attachments.

 


 

1.From the Manage menu choose View Change Requests.

Note: Alternatively, click the Change Requests indicator (bottom-right of the screen).

2.Select the scope that you want to view change requests for, and then click OK.

3.Right-click the change request that you want to edit and choose one of the options.
