Clearing all packages from a deployment area

If you want to create a new deployment in an existing deployment area, you can clear the area of its contents.

Procedure

Log in to the Spotfire Server web administration pages and click Deployments & Packages.
In the Deployment areas pane, click the deployment area that you want to clear.
In the Software packages pane, select all the packages in the area.
Click Remove packages.
Review the changes and, if you are happy with the result, click Save area. (If something is wrong, you have the option to Revert all changes instead.)
