Actions on View Record

You can perform the following actions on a view record:

Show History View the record history, see Viewing Record History.
Show Usage
  1. On the Browse and Search page, select the repository and click View All.
    A list of records are displayed.
  2. Click any record whose usage you want to see.
  3. On the View Record page, click Show Usage.
    The Record Usage page is displayed. The page displays repositories that use the repository along with the usage details such as the used by, name, description, and restrictions on the record. An example of a Restriction can be "Delete not allowed".
