You can edit a diagram's information, such as title, description, owner, version, author, date, progress and status. You can also assign and remove draft promoters and attach and remove documents and statement links.
Additionally, from the attachments tab you can change the order that documents appear by using the up and down arrows, access the document, modify the attachment link and set the diagram access rights.
Note: Modifying certain diagram information will create a change log.
Note: You must have the relevant diagram open to access the Diagram Information dialog and the diagram must be a draft (the Authorization Status is Update Pending).
Note: Additionally, you can access the Diagram Information panel by double-clicking on Title in the Diagram Control Panel.
Lock diagram title will prevent the diagram's title from being automatically updated when refreshing diagram titles. When a child diagram is created, the diagram title is automatically derived from the parent activity's description. From time to time, an administrator or map administrator may refresh the titles of a scope of diagrams with any updates to parent activity descriptions. This option is useful if you have manually edited the diagram title and you want to ensure it's not automatically updated with the parent activity's description. Displaying diagram titles in different languages Diagram titles can be displayed in a number of different languages (depending upon which languages have been specified by an administrator in the system options). The language that the title is displayed in will depend on the locale of the user's machine; if a user's locale does not match any of the language variants then it will display the default language.
To add a language variant, click Edit Language Variants
