PCA

Select Principal component analysis (PCA) from either the Multivariate Statistical Process Control Startup Panel Quick tab or the PCA/PLS Startup Panel Quick tab, and click the OK button to display the PCA dialog box. Note that you can also double-click on Principal component analysis (PCA) to display the dialog box, which contains five tabs: Quick, NIPALS, Fitting, Options, and Advanced. Use these options to analyze data, using the method of Principal Component Analysis (PCA), for the purpose of dimensionality reduction, variables diagnostics, and outlier detection. The latter is particularly useful for process monitoring and quality control.
