new RoleMapping()
Model class to store the mappings for a Role.
The mappings refer to a targetId which can be used to get a list of Roles.
An additional list of target versions is also maintained, this is used by BPM to
lookup targets; it is not required for non-BPM environments.
Constructs a new RoleMapping.
