To view the log file for a spreadsheet, follow these instructions: - Split Scrolling
Spreadsheets can be split into up to four sections (panes) by dragging the split box (the thin black rectangle at the top of the vertical scroll bar or to the left of the horizontal scroll bar). This is useful if you have a large spreadsheet and you want to compare values or copy and paste from different parts of the spreadsheet. When you guide the mouse pointer to the split box, the pointer changes to (or ). Now, to position the split, click and drag the pointer to the desired position. - Selecting an Entire Spreadsheet

- Box-Cox Transformation Overview and Technical Notes
Often it is important to transform the variables of a data set in a suitable way before performing any analysis or modeling. This procedure, that is, the transformation of the raw (original) data in a way that will aid the subsequent modeling and analysis, is generally known as pre-processing. For example, suppose that we have a data set consisting of two variables, an independent (predictor) variable X and a dependent (predicted) variable Y. When performing a fit of Y against X often an appropriate transformation of the variables may significantly improve the quality of the fit. - Menus
- What are the drag-and-drop facilities?
Statistica Spreadsheets support all standard spreadsheet (Excel-style) block drag-and-drop operations (copy, move, insert, etc.) and block extension operations, as well as mouse pointer-controlled column width, variable-speed scrolling, and split scrolling. - Printing a Spreadsheet

- Verifying Data
You might want to verify the integrity of the data in your spreadsheet for logical consistency and completeness. Although some types of errors in the data might never be detected, there are many ways to perform data verification based on general criteria that the data are expected to meet. - Standardizing Data
