You can select a group of plans on the error state and apply a bulk action on them simultaneously. The following operations can be performed on the group of plans:
Retry
Resume
Complete
Note: This functionality is applicable only for handler type
internal error handlers.
Procedure
On
Plans tab in Order Management System UI, in the
Add to Plan list column, select the check box for the plans that you want to add to the bulk action list.
In the upper-right corner, a pop-up notification shows a confirmation for the action (plans added to bulk action list).
Select Plans_Bulk Action
To add all the plans to the bulk action list, select the
Add all plans in error to Plan list check box.
Click the
Bulk Actions icon in the top right corner. The icon also shows the number of plans you have selected.
The
Plan List window opens.

Note: You can click
Delete icon to clear the entire plan list or can click
Remove button against the plans that you want to remove.
Select an action
Retry,
Resume, or
Complete (for planitem in
ERROR state) from the radio buttons against a plan and then click the
Execute button. If you want to apply same action for all the plans in the list, select the required radio button for the action from the header row.

After the request is submitted, the list is cleared and closed.
