If you are upgrading from a TIBCO ActiveSpaces Release 2.0.x release to a 2.1.x release or higher, and you have implemented shared-nothing persistence, then after upgrading to the new release version, you must convert any shared-nothing persistence data files from your 2.0.x release to the newer format that is used with Release 2.1.x or higher.
On each ActiveSpaces node:
Procedure
Stop all ActiveSpaces processes.
Run the TIBCO Universal Installer and install ActiveSpaces
<version> .
If you have implemented shared-nothing persistence, and you are upgrading from a 2.0.x release, then run the
as-convert utility to convert shared-nothing persistence data files to the release
<version> format.

Restart the ActiveSpaces processes.
