Replacing the Old Event with a New Event

Replace the old event with a new event to clear an event log.

1. From the Log menu, click Log Settings.
   The Event Log Settings panel opens.
2. Select Overwrite Events as Needed.
   When you select this option, each new event replaces the oldest event, even if the log is full.
