Audit Trails: Audit Log
Select Log Viewer in the tree view to display the Audit Trails: Log Viewer in the properties page. See Understanding the Audit Trail for an overview of the Audit Trail log entries.
The Log Viewer will display a grid of information regarding the audited actions including a Log ID number, Time stamp (of when the action took place), User name, full name of user, Station, the Action taken, etc. Note that column widths in the log grid can be increased and decreased using standard Windows techniques. Additionally, when you double-click a cell, a Zoom window will be opened and the entire cell contents will be displayed, making it easier to review the values entered in the cell.

- Sort data ascendingly/descendingly
- By default, the audit log is sorted to show the most current activity, i.e., it is sorted in descending order on the log ID. You can change the setting to Sort data ascendingly.

- More old data
- Click this button to display older log entries to review. When first opened, the table will contain only the latest entries. Each time this button is clicked, more older entries are added to the table.
