You can compare the results of the simulations of the project you have just created. This will allow you to analyse the effect of the change you made to the process.
Procedure
Select
Compare from the Process Simulation group.
Select the simulations you want to compare from the list available (in this case, the one you did of the full process, and the one you did after removing the gateways, connection and user task).
Select the type of report you wish to run from the options on the right-hand side. In this case select
Case Cost-Time Analysis.
You will then be able to select from
Display Report,
Save HTML Report and
Save PDF Report. In this case select
Display Report.
