Alter Request Queue File Transfer Record Parameters

The Alter Request Queue File Transfer Attributes screen allows you to alter details for a request queue transfer transaction record before the request queue transfer process starts.

The following table lists all the parameters in alphabetical order for easy reference as well as provides a brief description of each parameter.

Parameter Description
Eligible Date Specifies the scheduled date of the transfer that you can alter.
Eligible Time Specifies the scheduled time of the transfer that you can alter.
Entry Status Specifies the entry status for the transfer transaction record.
Local File Name Specifies the local file name for the transfer transaction record.
Local Number Specifies the local transaction number for the transfer transaction record.
Priority Specifies the Schedule Process Priority of the transfer transaction record that you can alter.
Remote File Name Specifies the remote file name for the transfer transaction record.
Remote IP Port Specifies the remote TCP/IP port used for this transfer that you can alter. The number you enter should be a valid IP port from 1025 to 65535.
Remote Number Specifies the remote transaction number for the transfer transaction record.
Remote System Name Specifies the remote system name that you can alter to a different node configuration (node), IP address, or IP name for the transfer transaction record.
Note: When you enter a TCP/IP address, it must be in dotted decimal format.
Remote System Type Specifies the remote system type protocol connection for a transfer transaction record that you can alter. Valid values are:
  • 1=Node - If you enter 1, then the remote system name must be changed to a node.
  • 2=IP Address - If you enter 2, then the remote system name must be changed to an IP address.
  • 3=IP Name - If you enter 3, then the remote system name must be changed to an IP name.
