Directory Transfers Output Audit Summary Log
When processing the Directory Transfer Send or Receive IFS File or File commands with the Test Directory Transfer parameter field value equal to N for No, the selection produces a Directory Transfer Audit Summary Log spool file. This Audit Summary Log is in the output queue assigned to the MFT Platform Server product user profile MFTPLATvvv where vvv denotes the version number of TIBCO MFT Platform Server for IBM i. The default output queue assigned to the product user profile MFTPLATvvv is QUSRSYS/QEZJOBLOG.
The Audit Summary Log contains the Directory Transfer Send or Receive IFS File or File command transfers in sequential transfer count numeric order. Also, it displays the sending or receiving of the IFS File or File path name for each directory transfer. It displays a PSI directory transfer command error message, which describes the error on the MFT Platform Server directory transfer command in which caused the command not to be triggered. It displays a Directory Transfer Trigger Command Transaction Number. The Audit Summary Log also displays the sending or receiving of the command selected local and remote IFS file or file name fields and its wildcards the directory transfer used with the IP address or IP name or node name remote location. And at the end of the directory transfer, the Audit Summary Log displays a status message of the directory transfers transferred successfully or unsuccessfully. If no directory transfer occurred then the status message displays, No files selected to send or receive. Also it displays the total number of success and failure directory transfers. Also, the MFT Platform Server directory transfer receive commands displays a warning message that it did not receive a file transfer record from the remote Platform Server. And, it did not execute the directory transfer IFS file or file name list report.
