FUSUTIL Utility

When a file transfer completes, you may have to perform some action, such as renaming or deleting a file. All of the platforms have different commands to rename or delete a file. This utility allows the use of a common interface to rename or delete a file.

Additionally, it enables you to see if a file exists on a remote platform. This utility command can also rename an object directory name or stream file name on the IBM i System Integrated File System.
