Updating Global Parameters

You can update the global parameters, such as the status, control settings, security, debugging and TCP/IP parameters that are required by MFT.

Note: After updating the global settings, you must restart the responder for the changes to take effect. Also, see Global Parameters before you update the parameters.

Procedure

  1. Enter the GO CFADM command on the command line.
  2. In the Administration Main Menu that opens, enter 1 on the command line.
  3. In the Configuration Menu that opens, enter 1 on the command line.
  4. In the Global Parameter Menu that opens, enter 2 on the command line.
    Tip: Alternatively, enter the command CFUPDGLB on the command line.
    The Work With Global Parameter Screen is displayed.
