Uninstalling TIBCO MFT Platform Server for IBM i

Note: The TIBCO MFT Platform Server product library and user profile names can have a default installation name (MFTPLATvvv) or the TIBCO MFT Platform Server for IBM i administrator user can rename object name at any time. vvv denotes the version number of the TIBCO MFT Platform Server for IBM i product.

Procedure

  1. Stop the TIBCO MFT Platform Server for IBM i Initiator Scheduler program (CFSCHED in the QSYSWRK subsystem) using the following (TIBCO MFT Platform Server for IBM i) command on the command line:
    MFTPLATvvv/CFSTOPINT
  2. Stop the TIBCO MFT Platform Server for IBM i Responder programs (CFRESP, CFRESPS in the QSYSWRK subsystem) using the following command on the command line:
    MFTPLATvvv/CFSTOPRSP SSL(*BOTH)
  3. Backup the TIBCO MFT Platform Server for IBM i product library MFTPLATvvv to a media device.
  4. If required, depending on the administrator user's decision, delete the TIBCO MFT Platform Server for IBM i production library MFTPLATvvv using the following IBM i system command on the command line:
    DLTLIB LIB(MFTPLATvvv)
  5. Backup the TIBCO MFT Platform Server for IBM i product's user profile MFTPLATvvv to a media device.
  6. If required, depending on the administrator user's decision, delete the IBM i MFT Platform Server Product's User Profile MFTPLATvvv using the following IBM i system command on the command line:
    DLTUSRPRF USRPRF(MFTPLATvvv)
