Installing the Software

The TIBCO Universal Installer can be used for installing TIBCO ActiveSpaces on the supported Windows and UNIX platforms.

Note: This software may be available on multiple operating systems. However, not all operating system platforms for a specific software version are released at the same time. Please see the readme file for the availability of this software version on a specific operating system platform.
  • Installing in the GUI Mode
    When you run the installer in GUI mode, it prompts you for information about the installation environment, and allows other customization.
  • Installing in the Console Mode
    After you prepare your system and the installation media, you can run the installer in the console mode.
  • Installing in the Silent Mode
    You can run the installer without user input by pointing the installer to a response file. A default configured response file exists.
