SOAP Binding

Use SOAP binding to create service providers and service consumers. TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks™ 6.x supports SOAP 1.1 and SOAP 1.2 protocols. These messages can either use HTTP or JMS for communication.

There are two types of SOAP bindings:
  • Service (to create service providers)
  • Reference (to create service consumers)
ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks™ supports the following Message Exchange Patterns of SOAP operations:
  • One-Way
  • Two-Way (request-response)
  • Two-Way with Fault
