Constructs a new ListTimeZonesResponseType.
The following features are supported:

timeZone :Array.<string>
A collection of the time-zone identifiers recognised by the Calendar component.
Only returned if the detail-level in the request is 0.
This property holds the value of the 'Time Zone' attribute list.
Type:

timeZoneDetail :Array.<tibco.objectapi.dac.workcal.XmlTimeZone>
A collection of detailed information on the time-zones recognised by the Calendar component.
Only returned if the detail-level in the request greater-than 0.
This property holds the value of the 'Time Zone Detail' containment reference list.
