This parameter defines the Julian date at which the file transfer is eligible to commence. For example, 9 January, 2014 can be specified as
DATE=2014009 or
DATE=14009. When this parameter is not specified, this parameter defaults to the current date.
Note: Let this parameter default to the current date; unless, you have a requirement to delay the file transfer.
