T-Tests
A t-test is any statistical test of significance that is based on the Student's t- distribution. T-tests are used to determine where two sets of numeric data are drawn from two different samples.

Team Studio provides three operators to run three different varieties of t-tests. The following use cases provide sample applications of the three t-tests, which are used to determine where two sets of numeric data are drawn from two different samples.- Independent Samples T-Test Use Case
The independent samples t-test is used to test whether two groups are significantly different for the same measure. - Paired Samples T-Test Use Case
The paired samples t-test is used to test whether two responses measured on the same statistical unit are significantly different. Mathematically, it is the same as running a single sample t-test on the delta of the two samples for each row against an assumed mean of 0.0. - Single Sample T-Test Use Case
The single sample t-test is used to test whether a sample population has a significantly different mean from the known population mean.
