The system logs provide easy UI access to the back-end server logs. This can be helpful for debugging workflows.

Procedure
To access system logs, go to the
Actions menu and click
System Logs.
Note:
Alpine.log is also tagged with the user's name to assist with debugging and understanding system usage.
Click
Refresh to retrieve the latest updates to the logs. An administrator can always view the system logs. However, an ordinary user can only view the logs if the application preferences are set to allow viewing by all users.
To provide access to all users, an administrator enables the option by clicking
Preferences on the
Action menu. The administrator can also set the
Log Level at which logging is viewed.
