Importing Hadoop Data into a Workflow

You can import data from HDFS directly into a Team Studio workflow.

1. Navigate to a folder within a Hadoop connection in the Data Explorer and select Import a dataset.
   
   
2. In the dialog box that is displayed, click Add File, and then choose a file from your local disk.
3. Using the File Upload dialog box, you can select multiple files to upload at once. They are displayed in the dialog box, and you can continue to add or remove files. When you want to upload the files, click Upload.
   
   
   When the import is completed, you are notified with a confirmation message in the application.
