Restriction: Importing schema types using
xsd:import is not supported. Instead, embed the types
or import using
wsdl:import inside the
wsdl:definitions element.
Note: If you change the order of operations in the WSDL
interface of a service or reference you must recreate all SOAP bindings
associated with the service or reference.
