No Execution Plan Modification Rules Characteristic in Product

In case a product model does not contain the required Execution Plan Modification Rules characteristic, then behavior of amendment to generate redo or compensate plan item can be controlled using the flag, CompensateRestartForNoEPMRChar, in Automated Order Plan Development configurations.
