The List Import file is a fixed list of customer email addresses
Because TIBCO Reward uses the email address field as a unique identifier for
each customer, an email address matching an existing customer email address in
the database effectively provides access to the rest of that existing
customer’s data.
Procedure
Find the file to be imported, use a text editor to open it, and
verify that the file follows the proper format. If you do not need to reformat
the file, close the file without changing it.
Log into the CRMS and navigate to the list page. (Open the
Target > Lists
page.)
Click
Create New List from File Import.
Enter the list name and browse to locate the file.
Agree to terms of use by checking the “I
agree” check box.
Review current settings.
Click
Next step.
When the next (Request Status) appears, verify that the
information is correct, then click
Done.
The List is uploaded. Once the import is complete, verify
the success of the import.
