You can enable
Best Point Offer, which gives the award with the highest point if a customer qualifies for more than one offer.
In the Award Limit frame, you can enable either
No Limit or
Maximum number of awards. If
Maximum number of awards is enabled, you can enter the number of times a member can earn an award based on selected option:
per day,
per week,
per month and
for offer duration. By default the redemption limit is 1. We can assign any integer as the redemption limit. If we do not specify any limit, it means that we can redeem the offer n number of times.
Note: The option
per month, in the time-frame drop-down box for the redemption limit, does not work for batch processing. It will work only if RadRacer is installed with TIBCO Reward.
Optionally, enter any
Additional Conditions required to qualify for the offer.
