Downloadable Log Files

You can download and monitor the following log files:

Log Name	Description
commIOJournal.log	Stores communication IO journal logs.
dataservice.log	Stores the export and import metadata logs.
elink.log	Store logs that can be used for debugging purposes. To avoid the accumulation of unwanted logs, you must regularly archive or remove log files.
error.log
failover.log	Stores the system failover logs. Logs are written to this file only when the system is in wait-retry mode because of problems with external components. In fact, the generation of failover logs indicates that the system is in wait-retry mode and needs administrative intervention.
ignite.log	Stores the logs of Apache Ignite cache.
scheduler.log	Stores the default scheduler logs for Future Effective Date (FED) and temporary files expiration interval time (NoFSPurgeFrequency). For information about the temporary files expiration interval logs, see the "Expiration Interval for Deleting Temporary Files" section in TIBCO MDM System Administration.
StartupShutdown.log	Stores the logs including time and details when the TIBOC MDM server was started and shut down.
timing.log	Stores the timing log information generated by different components (such as web services, UI, DBUtil, and workflow activities). The timing log indicates when the time exceeds the configured threshold.
