Configurator Troubleshooting
Resolve the errors that you may come across while working with the Configurator.
| Issue | Description | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Data unavailable error | The selection boxes in the Configurator are not always populated and sometimes display Data unavailable instead of the correct options. | Install the MSXML4 parser from the Microsoft site, this should resolve the problem. |
| File not found exception | If you change the value of any configuration property in Configurator, the FileNotFoundException is displayed on the console of Tomcat server. | Provide Read and Write permission to the MQ_HOME directory where TIBCO MDM is installed. |
