Deleting Records from Repository

You can delete records from a single repository. After successful deleting of records, the details are displayed in the progress bar.

1. On the Clear Data page, search for a repository by using the Search Repository field.
2. Select the check box to delete records from the repository.
3. Click Clear Data.
   A confirmation message is displayed. Click Proceed to delete all records from the selected repository. The progress bar is displayed with the following information:

   • Status of deleting records in percentage.
   • Total time required to delete the records and total time remaining for deleting the records
   • Name of repositories or repository to be deleted
4. Click Back to go back to the Clear Data page.
   Note: The Back button is enabled only after the data is cleared. At a time, you can run only one clear operation for the selected repository.
