Adding an Email Address

You can add multiple email addresses for the selected user. Email is used to send notification when work is assigned to the user.

Note: If you include an email address, it gets populated in the Address field of the Business Process Rules (wherever applicable) and can be used to send an email notifications to the user.

Procedure

  1. Click the Email link in the Modify User page. The List of Email Addresses page is displayed.
  2. Click Create. The Email Address page is displayed.
  3. Enter the name
  4. Enter the email address of the user.
