Experimental Design (DOE)
Simply defined, Experimental Design (i.e., Design of Experiments [DOE]) is used in industrial settings to determine the important factors (those that have the greatest impact on the quality of the end product) in processes with many factors.
The critical factors can then be actively improved until the desired quality is achieved.
