Sharing analyses

Different ways to share your insights with others are available from the library, from an analysis, and from inside a visualization.

Share an entire analysis

If you want your colleague to open an analysis you have created and saved in the library, you can copy a link to the analysis and then share the entire analysis without any modifications by sending the link in an email. Your colleague can then click on the link to log in and access your analysis in the library. You can also choose to embed the analysis in another web page, and specify which UI components should be available to the person opening the analysis. If your colleague has access to TIBCO Spotfire Analyst, you can also download the analysis as a DXP file and then send the file to your colleague instead.

Share selected parts of an analysis

If you would rather choose a few points of interest in an analysis to share with others you can do so in a number of ways. By creating a PDF with some interesting visualizations or pages, you can share your insights with others without having to consider if they can log into Spotfire or not. If you and your colleagues use tibbr@ or Twitter@ to collaborate, you can post messages containing pages, visualizations, or bookmarks showing important insights you have found in your analysis.
