Unlocking Accounts: Business Users
Use CRMS to unlock business user accounts.
Procedure

Navigate to

This takes you to the CRMS Users page.

Locate the locked-out user in the list of CRMS Users. Locked-out users have their
Status displayed as “Locked”.

Click
Edit to the right of the business user’s status.
This opens the Edit CRMS User page. For locked accounts, there is an
Unlock Account button.

Click
Unlock Account. This unlocks the business user account.
