Logging into Openspace
Login to Openspace using your username and password.
Note: Out-of-the-box, Openspace recognizes the user name “tibco-admin” with a password of “secret”. This is the only user authorized to log in until another user is configured using the Organization Browser. By default, the tibco-admin resource is located in the System Resources container. Note that:
- you can configure this name using the AdminLdapName property in the de.properties file. See TIBCO ActiveMatrix BPM Administration guide for more information.
- you can configure the password in the LDAP directory, whether you are using either the internal BPM LDAP directory or an external LDAP directory.
- If you are running Openspace in an IPV6 environment, you must enter a resolved host name when logging in. You cannot log in using an IPV6 IP address. This is not supported and causes a null subscription handler error message to display.
- If you are accessing Openspace using Kerberos and you invalidate your Kerberos session in some way, you are still able to access Openspace. In this situation, you must log out and log back in to Openspace to make sure you are accessing Openspace with a valid Kerberos session.
