Performing an Advanced Case Data Search
To create your advanced search, you must select the Advanced button in the Case Management gadget.
Procedure
- Enter Advanced Search Details
The Details screen in the Advanced Search wizard allows you to enter the details for your advanced search, its name and, optionally, its description. - Configuring the Advanced Search Filter Criteria
You can configure filter criteria for all the searchable attributes in your case class. This allows you to filter the list of case data in your search to display specific case data. - Configuring Sort Order for Advanced Searches
You can configure the sort information for attributes in your case class so that the results of your advanced search display in a desired order. For example, you may want the results of the advanced search to display claims that are open first, and then the date and time they started. You can select the attributes you want to sort, specify the desired order to display them, and the direction.
