Work Item Summary Based on Record Attribute

You can categorize work items in the Summary section of the Inbox screen based on the record attribute data. For example, if the record attribute named "color" is selected at the record attribute level, the work item having the same color is grouped under the same node.

To group work items based on the record attribute, you need to define and create attribute levels grouping preference in the Configure Summary Preference window. Accordingly, the Summary section shows the levels of hierarchy based on the sequence of attributes.
