Customizing the Sort Order of Work Items

By default, the work items in the Inbox are sorted in the descending order of the work item ID.

1. Log in to Configurator.
2. To sort the items in the descending order of the receipt date, set the UI Inbox sorter column property in Configurator to true.

   The default is false.
