This web service allows you to get details of a work item.
The details include the following:
Work item data
Work item lock details
Comment history
Primary and associated records. For each record, operational data is also included.
Miscellaneous data from the WORKITEMDETAIL table
Note: You can execute this web service only if you own the work item or you have the permissions to view, reassign, and close work items assigned to other users.
