Extended Credentials (GDSN Only)

You can define additional data to be associated with existing credentials. This data is used for authentication when communicating with the Datapool. Such credentials are called extended credentials. To define an extended credential, first define a basic credential.

• To create the extended credentials, click Administration > My Company Profile > Datapool section > credentials link (of the datapool which you subscribed). The following screen appears.
  

  Click Create. The following screen appears.

  

  In the Add Credential screen, enter appropriate details and click Save.

  Note: If you are setting up synchronization with GS1, ensure that the Synchronize With Global Registry is checked. For the 1Sync datapool, it is mandatory to select the Synchronize With Global Registry checkbox.
• To modify or delete existing extended credentials, click modify or delete on the Credential screen.
