Handling of Errors during Import

The errors for each attribute are reported in an error file and viewed as a spreadsheet. Records with errors are stored in a log file. Parse the log file to extract the data from the log file. For more information, refer to Actions on Import Status Screen.

If you use an EvaluateRulebase activity to validate the records after import, the activity generates a record collection for all rejected records. You can process this record collection as any other record collection. You can send all the records in separate workflows for correction by spawning the workflow for each record in the rejected record collection.
