Troubleshooting with Quick Export
If you encounter an error while exporting records using Quick Export, you may resolve some of the common issues by completing the troubleshooting procedures.

Error while exporting records using Quick Export | When you export records using Quick Export from Internet Explorer version 8, the ActiveX control bar is displayed and you are unable to proceed further. | Disable the settings for ActiveX control on Internet Explorer version 8 using the following steps: Go to Tools > Internet Options. The Internet Options dialog box is displayed. Click the Security tab. Click Custom level. The Security Settings - Internet Zone dialog box is displayed. In Active X controls and plug-ins section, select Disable option for Automatic prompting for ActiveX controls. In Downloads section, select Enable for Automatic prompting for file downloads. Click OK to save the settings. You can export records after saving the settings. |
