Viewing Effective Date Records

Complete the following steps to view effective date records.

1. Click Browse and Search.
2. From the Repository Name drop-down list, select the repository whose records you want to browse.
3. In the Filter drop-down list, select Only future dated versions or Include future dated versions. A list of all future effective date records is displayed.
4. Click a record to view its details. The View Record screen is displayed.
