If you set this parameter to
false, all the data required for workflow initiation is only maintained in distributed cache. If all the cache servers fail before the workflow listener processes the message from the workflow queue, the messages cannot be processed and will be reported as errors. When this happens, you need to reinitiate the workflow, possibly by searching and resubmitting any unconfirmed records.
