Configuring Cache Full Recovery Mode

Procedure

  1. Log in to Configurator.
  2. Navigate to Advanced Configuration OutlineWorkflow Settings.
  3. Set Save State Before Sending Workflow Message to true in which case, event initiation data is persisted to the file system and database.

    If you set this parameter to false, all the data required for workflow initiation is only maintained in distributed cache. If all the cache servers fail before the workflow listener processes the message from the workflow queue, the messages cannot be processed and will be reported as errors. When this happens, you need to reinitiate the workflow, possibly by searching and resubmitting any unconfirmed records.
