Viewing Golden Copy Record Versions

Complete the following steps to view the golden copy record versions.

Procedure

Click Browse and Search. From the Repository Name drop-down list, select the name of the repository from which you want to compare records versions.
In the Filter drop-down list, select Only future dated versions or Include future dated versions. A list of all future effective date records is displayed.
Click the record ID of the records you want to compare for versions. The View Record page is displayed.
From the More Actions menu, click the Compare button. The Compare Record page is displayed. The golden copy record is identified by the icon.
