When a future dated record is deleted, the record state is updated to Rejected.
Note: The hierarchy of the future dated records cannot be deleted; only the specific record is deleted.
Procedure
Click
Browse and Search.
From the
Repository Name drop-down list, select the name of the repository from which you want to delete records.
In the
Filter
drop-down list, select
Only future dated versions
or
Include future dated versions. A list of all future effective date records is displayed.
Select the record that you want to delete and click
Delete Record.
The
Delete Record(s) page is displayed.
Click
Delete. The future dated record is deleted. The Delete Record page also lists the related records.
