You can also choose to show user-defined (custom) attributes only by checking the Show User Defined Attributes Only checkbox. In this case, if no user-defined attributes exist, the attribute list will be empty. The following attributes are displayed: Name, Display Name, Description, Type, Length, and Unique status. |
Relationships | This section allows you to view existing relationship definitions. Details such as relationship name, description, reverse relationship name, reverse relationship description, cross-repository relationship, and target repository can be viewed. |
Custom Output Maps | This section shows custom output maps already defined. You can define new custom output maps or maintain existing maps. Output maps associate repository attributes with corresponding attributes in various outbound synchronization formats, such as EAN.UCC, Agentrics, and 1SYNC. If no custom output maps have been defined, click Create to define them. |
Selected Predefined Output Maps | Output maps that come with the application by default are referred to as predefined output maps and are listed here. The maps you see here are those selected at the time of creating the repository. Click the Output Map name to view the details. This takes you to the Output Map view screen. Click Copy to create a copy of an Output map. You can add or remove any associated predefined output maps when you modify the repository metadata. |
Custom Classification Schemes | You can define any number of classifications, and maintain existing custom classifications here. Classification Schemes are used to categorize products to enable Trading Partners to have a consistent method of viewing products across multiple suppliers. A Classification Scheme groups records with similar characteristics to enable Trading Partners to search and transact business using consistent standards and naming conventions. These conventions are adopted by industry standardization agencies. In addition to using the industry standard schemes, suppliers can use custom schemes for the internal management of their records. If no custom classification schemes have been defined, click
Create to create the schemes.
For more details on creating and working with classification schemes, refer to Classification Schemes. |
Selected Predefined Classification Schemes (GDSN Only) | Classification schemes that come with the application by default are referred to as predefined classification schemes, and are listed here. The schemes you see here are those selected at the time of creating the repository. You can click the Classification Scheme name to view the details. This takes you to the Classification Scheme Modify screen. From this screen, click Show Usage to view the Classification Scheme Usage. |
