Export of Input and Output Maps

The Select Input/Output Maps business object is not listed on the Export Configuration summary screen. The input and output maps are displayed only if you have created an input or output map for the selected repository.

• Input Maps: when you export an InputMap, the following components are exported:
  • Attribute
  • Attribute Groups

    If an input map is related to another input map, all the related input maps are also exported.

    Note:

    • If no mappings are defined, the default input map is not exported with the repository.
    • A repository with zero input map cannot be exported. All or at least one input map is exported.
• Output Maps: when you export an OutputMap, the following components are exported:
  • Attribute
  • Attribute Groups

    If an output map is related to another output map, all the related output maps are also exported.
