Attributes for Repository

The Attributes section of the View Repository screen displays a list of custom and predefined attributes. Attributes are shown in groups (see Attribute Groups for more details).

You can filter the attributes displayed as follows:

  • Click Expand All to view the predefined and custom attributes. Additionally, system attributes (namely, Last Modified On, Last Modified By, Active, Created On, Owner ID, Last Confirmed Version, Version, Status, CheckSum, Parent Version, Owner Type, processlogID, batchid, lastimporttime, catalogversion number, and productkeyid) are also added to maintain version and audit information.
  • Click Collapse All to display only the group name, without the list of attributes within the group.

    You can also expand or collapse each attribute group to individually view its attributes.
